Ingredients:

Method:

  • Wash one big cucumber and grate it.

  • Use your hands and lightly squeeze it between your palms over the sink or a bowl to remove excess moisture.

  • Add Greek yoghurt, vinegar, olive oil and KEFI Seasoning for Tzatziki. Move the squeezed cucumber to a serving bowl.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and garnish witch black olives if you wish.Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.

TIPS:

  • Serve tzatziki with meat, pita bread or both.

  • The Greeks love putting tzatziki at pita gyros.

  • You can taste it with lemon juice instead of vinegar (at the same dosage).
