At KEFI we want to bring YOU the true real flavors of Greece just like our YaYa's (grandma's) cooking, the aromas, the flavors that we grew up with and loved. The hand harvested Greek Mediterranean Sea salt that taste is unlike any other salt in the world.

We sprinkled it on everything from fresh cut French fries to tomato salads. That blend of spices YaYa would put on the chicken or pork before it would go on the grill, filling the air with this mouth watering aroma. Its so good that as kids we would stand by the grill picking pieces as soon as they were done.
The search began to find the perfect location in Greece to make this vision a reality. It did not take long to settle on the beautiful remote island of Crete. With small family run farms, an amazing microclimate ideal for agriculture, and the amazing local people wanting to share their products with the world, KEFI had a home!
