Grandma’s Greek Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 200g of feta cheese

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • ½ cup of red onion, diced

  • ½ cup of black olives, pitted and halved

  • ¼ cup of extra-virgin olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of KEFI seasoning for salads

  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method:

  • In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, red onion, and black olives.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, KEFI seasoning for Salads, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
