Homemade Souvlaki

Ingredients:
400-500g of chicken, pork or lamb
2 tbls of lemon juice
2-3 tsp of
KEFI Seasoning for BBQ
1 garlic clove
3 tbls extra virgin olive oil
Method:
Cut your meat into 2-3cm pieces, mix well with
KEFI Seasoning for BBQ
, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil and leave overnight
(Tip 1)
in a fridge.
Prepare your skewers. Pass the meat pieces at the wooden skewers
(Tip 2)
.
Preheat the skillet to a high temperature and grill your souvlaki. Change sides after each 5 minutes.
TIPS:
Time will make your meat soft and juicy.
Put wooden skewers into a cup with warm water before you start assembling the meat so as to prevent them from burning.
