Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 cups large beans

  • 4 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 3 teaspoon KEFI Chili Sea Salt

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Method:

  • Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

  • Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the beans and broth, and bring to a simmer.

  • Add the cumin, KEFI Chili Sea Salt, and simmer for 10 minutes.

  • Remove from heat, and stir in the lime juice and cilantro.

  • Serve hot.
